A HeART Connection

Looking for a holistic way to reconnect with yourself? If you’re like me, the ups & downs of life can take a toll on your inner peace.

As a massage therapist, I know the importance of a self-care routine. I am witness to the fact that stress shows up the body in strange ways. In today’s world, stress is coming at us from all directions and this impacts our long-term health. As a mixed-media artist, it’s my mission to encourage, support, and practice the creative power of making art to decrease stress, anxiety and promote mindful self-care at the same time. That’s why I decided to combine both of my passions and created the HeART Connection.  I aim to raise awareness that motivates individuals to bridge the healing powers of art, reconnect to their inner self and receive all the benefits that come with that restoration.

 Everyone is creative and anyone can learn to take time to develop an art routine that fits into their daily life. Whether it’s in a journal, on a canvas or drawing with chalk on a sidewalk, taking that time each day to stop, breathe, be mindful and reconnect with yourself thru your hands will help heal the mind, body & spirit.
